10 years ago, the world has been bombed by social media technology, we did not have iPhones, or iPads, OTAs' competitions were not as intense, we still used international calling cards to make phone calls.
Then we came to the question, how crazily the world has changed? And, what is your assumption for the next 10 years?

What will be mostly demanded in 2022? How would the hotel industry look like by then? what will be the biggest challenge by then? Will there be a big difference between now and then?

Sometimes we focused to much on the present and how to manage daily operation and we lost track to forecast what we should be preparing for the future.

One of the biggest challenge will be people management. the generation of working force will be changed dramatically and this change can tightly link to the business operation: what are the demographic, psychographic, and behavioral traits of the future work force? How to motivate and maintain talented employees? what do they want and demand?  The Chinese leaders (source: HR magazine) are investing heavily on attracting talents and for sure this will become the mainstream trend. And, are you prepared to face the challenge and the competitions from the emerging powerful countries?
