No instruction manual is needed to stay at ikea's new european budget hotels -- soon Ikea will get into the hotel business in Europe, with 100 "budget design" hotels across Europe. Well even though Ikea is not going to manage the hotels, it will still entitle to build, develop, and own the hotels.
I won't be surprised that guests ended up with buying all the ikea's products after staying at the hotels ;)
