Accor has made the announcement that it would make the WiFi access free at 500 of its hotels as a survey revealed that the availability of free wifi was a key factor for the majority of travelers making their hotel choices.

Now we are talking about providing the needs and set unique selling point again.

Hotels need to keep up with the trends and current global economy situations in order to stay competitive. For those hotels still charging for Wifi access (or don't have Wifi access), are you ready to compete for your clients?
